I’ve been the Service Design Lead at Prospa since 2021. I design and deliver the company's vision. I’m coaching and running workshops with incredible designers, business owners and businesses. While speaking at ground breaking events.

What education and training do I have?

I have an Honours in Industrial Design from RMIT receiving first class honours. For 6 months, I attended the National Institute of Design (India) which is internationally acclaimed as one of the finest educational and research institutions for Industrial, Communication, Textile and IT Integrated (Experiential) Design. I’ve completed the altMBA by Seth Godin. With many, many more courses under my belt.

I have almost a decade of speaker training, including coaching, education, courses and first-hand experience. Including training at the National Institute of Dramatic Art (NIDA).

Each year I spend thousands of dollars educating and enhancing my knowledge in design, facilitation, strategy, research, speaking, communication or other critical topics to hone my skills and be up to date on the industry.

I bring in my education and experience from other areas (for example improvisation, stand-up) into my own training to share a unique perspective.

I am mentored and coached by first-class designers who are employed by top organisations.

How did I get started in the service design space?

I’ve always loved problem solving, coming up with new ideas and understanding how experiences work. Researching and getting into the details is where I come alive. I love crafting insights from what I’ve learnt. Studying Industrial Design at uni is where my love for design came to life.

What led me to do coaching and speaking?

Learning and sharing that knowledge with others is where I thrive. I enjoy talking through problems that people are having with projects and ideating on ways to come up with a solution. Synthesising my knowledge into digestible nuggets and bringing together my knowledge in various areas excites me.

I have almost a decade of speaker training and experience. Allowing me to be a charismatic, authentic, impactful and inspiring speaker. Transforming from shy to a beaming ray of sunshine, I love sharing my voice in any situation and with everyone.

I have spoken at world-class conferences with audiences of 600 plus attendees - even speaking at international events.
